单位简介：
Yue’s International Institute is a professional second language learning solution provider which offers unique customized learning programs with multiple courses by only English native speaker instructors to meet high quality demands from clients. It is totally tailor-made because customers can choose the learning program based on their own needs. Focusing on individual education, Yue’s International Institute endeavors to maximize individual learning outcome by creating the Total Immersion Experience (TIE) English environment combined with the family style education concept. We are striving for enhancing students’ comprehensive abilities following the standard evaluation system.
悦诚国际书院是一家专业第二语言学习方案解决供应商，旨在根据客户提出的多种国际化需求下，着力提供全外教私人定制教育并定制个性化学习计划和进步方案和全外教多元化课程.
y同样也有大众化的定制学习方案，客户可根据自身需求选择适合自己的学习方案，是真正的私人定制，在强调个人匹配的专属教育方案同时，根据每一个学员甚至细化到每一个学员的性格成长环境等进行个体优化，采用家庭式教育理念同时，创造沉浸式的学习氛围，从前期测评系统,中期学习系统,后期反馈系统三部分，全面提高学生综合能力。
预到岗时间：越快越好（7月内）
招聘条件：
1、外教国籍：不限（白种人优先）
2、年龄及性别：35周岁以下,性别不限
3、合同期限：1 year
4、学历要求：
Bachelor's degree or other advanced degree in related disciplines or equivalent experiences required;
Relevant experience in conducting and coordinating classroom trainings;
Experience in conducting or organizing language teaching for non-native speakers of English;
Out-going, friendly, responsible, innovative and creative thinking, patient, passionate for education. Good at team cooperation, and skillful in communication;
ESL/TEFL/TESOL certificate is preferred.

工作内容：
6、工作安排：80-120 classes per month (duration: 45 minutes/class)
7、教授课程：Oral English
8、学生年龄：Kids ~ Adults
9、班级人数：1-4 people

薪资待遇：
1、月薪：900 USD or above/Month plus performance bonus (in the beginning three months),
Salary review will be considered based on performance after three months.
工资将于每月 1 号前发放，外籍教师将根据中国政府纳税标准规定交付个人所得税。
2、签证办理：Self-arranged.
3、其它补助: performance bonus (based on performance delivery)
4、节假日:Public holiday plus 10 days paid vacation leave.
5、每周休息时间：Monday or Tuesday
6、机票：Self-arranged.
7、住宿：Free accommodation
8、保险费用：Medical commercial insurance
9、受聘方如有家属随行，一切费用由受聘方自理。
10、年度体检：Free annual medical body checking.
11、免费机场接机：Free transport from the airport.
外教中介佣金和发放方式：5000元整/外教
每个外教的悬赏赏金为5000元整。外教到岗后两周内支付。
