Established in 2004, Zhongshan Affiliated High School of South China Normal University currently has over 6000 students and is rated as a first-class school in Guangdong Province since 2009. The school has established partnerships with the University of London and Cambridge International Examinations to provide Secondary One, IGCSE, A-level courses and the London School of Economics International Foundation Programme for students wishing to continue their education overseas.

本次招聘英语数学外教两名，预到岗时间：尽快到岗，2015年9月2日更新

招聘条件：

1、外教国籍：不限

2、年龄及性别：性别不限，年龄在60岁以下

3、合同期限：2015年9月-2016年7月

10、坐班与否：在非上课时间，乙方应当于每日上午（8：30 - 11：30）和下午（2：30 - 5：30）在校。

薪资待遇：

1、月薪：工资将于每月12号前发放。

2、签证办理：

Party A shall reimburse Party B for the expenses incurred in obtaining of a visa, but only limited to visa application fee and medical examination fee (only for items required by Chinese government). 甲方应为乙方报销申办签证的费用，仅限于签证申请费和体检费用（仅限于中国政府要求的体检项目）。

3、其它补助

In addition to Basic Compensation, if the Teacher has performed and fulfilled the Services in compliance with all of the terms of this Agreement throughout the Term, the Teacher shall be entitled to a Gratuity payment as set forth herein. Without limiting the foregoing, if the Teacher terminates his/her contract during any validation of the contract, the Teacher is not eligible for a gratuity payment. 除了基本薪酬之外，如果乙方在合同期限内履行其服务义务并且评估为完成岗位职责的所有要求，乙方将按照本条款规定获得约满补贴。但是，如果乙方在合同期内终止本合同的，乙方则无权获得上述约满补贴。

The gratuity is equivalent to 10% of the Basic Compensation received by the Teacher during the Term, which shall be payable on or before the 30th day of August following the expiry of the Term.乙方在合同期限内获得的约满补贴为其已获得的基本薪酬的10%。该约满补贴将于合同期限届满后的8月30日以前支付。

4、节假日：

The Teacher can enjoy a substantially similar vacation period as the students of the School, with the exception that the Teacher shall commence his/her duties 5 - 10 working days prior to the commencement of classes for the academic year in accordance with the requirements of the School and may be required to stay 3-5 working days at the end of the school year.

乙方有权享受与学生类似的假期，但需根据学校教学规划的要求，在每个学年开始前至少提前5至10个工作日开始工作，及在学年结束后的3至5个工作天留校工作。乙方有需要可能参加学校停课期间安排的各类研讨会、职业发展活动。

Notwithstanding the stipulations in the foregoing, the Teacher is entitled to take other leaves pursuant to the national and local laws and administrative regulations. 除上述约定假期外，乙方按照国家法律及地方法规享有其它相应的假期。

5、每周休息时间：

周末双休（国家法定假日及学校安排而定的调课除外）

6、机票：

During the contract period, Party A shall provide one round-trip economy class air tickets for Party B. Party A shall offer the shuttle between the school and the airport or reimburse the travel expense corresponding to the air tickets. 在乙方为甲方服务期间，每个合同区间，甲方负责为乙方提供一次往返经济舱机票。甲方负责该机票对应行程中乙方从学校到机场的往返路程的交通安排或路费报销。

If Party B has special requirements on the routes, he/she shall be responsible for the amount exceeding the allowance (the maximum allowance for the air tickets is RMB ¥10,000 per contract term). 如乙方对行程路线有特殊要求，可双方协商，超出常规的费用由乙方承担（甲方承担的最高限额为人民币10,000元）。

7、住宿：

Party A shall provide Party B with the accommodation allowance of RMB 2000 per month, and Party B must provide valid invoice and lease agreement for reimbursement or the above mentioned amount will be deposited in bank account and subject to personal income tax. Party B shall find an apartment at his/her own discretion and be solely responsible for all the expenses other than the rental fee up to the aforementioned amount, including but not limited to transportation, safety off-campus, telephone, cable, internet, utility, management fee, etc. Upon Party B’s first arrival, up to three nights of hotel stay will be reimbursed By Party A at cost of not more than 300 RMB per night 甲方每月给予乙方住房津贴2000元，乙方必须提供有效发票和租房合同以获得报销否则上述金额将打入银行账户并承担个人所得税。乙方自行在校外租房，乙方自行承担除前述金额内的租金外的所有费用，包括但不限于交通、安全责任、电话、有线电视、互联网、水电费、物业费等费用。乙方首次抵达时，甲方将提供三晚以内酒店住宿的报销，每晚的费用在300元以内。

8、保险费用：

Buying insurance is Party B’s sole responsibility to make sure the insurance plan is valid throughout the contract period. 购买保险是乙方的完全责任，乙方必须保证其保险在合同期间是有效的。

Before coming to China, Party B shall buy medical and accidental insurance (including hospitalization, accidental injuries and critical illness) to cover overseas travel during the contract period, or designated or recognized by Foreign Expert Bureau to cover his/her staying in China during the contract period. 乙方来华前应该在原居住国购买能涵盖合同期内的海外医疗和意外保险（其中包括住院、意外受伤和重大疾病），或购买中国外专局指定或认可的能涵盖合同期的医疗和意外保险（其中包括住院、意外受伤和重大疾病）。

The reimbursement of insurance should be based on the actual cost incurred. The maximum insurance allowance will be up to RMB ¥1,680 for this contract and will be paid to Party B within 30 days upon receipt of the corresponding insurance invoice. 乙方购买保险产生的费用采用实报实销方式。甲方支付给乙方保险津贴最高额为人民币1,680元，在乙方入职后凭所提交保险发票30天支付。

9、受聘方如有家属随行，一切费用由受聘方自理。

外教中介佣金及发放方式：

外教的悬赏赏金为6000元整。外教到岗后一周内付3000元，外教在校满一个月付3000元。

注意：

如果外教未工作满3个月离开，需免费提供外教。
