米教儿童英语广东东莞中心外教招聘专场

单位简介:

1、我单位(东莞市启赋文化传播有限公司)加盟的是上海的连锁品牌：米教儿童英语

2、教育理念：我们相信孩子在米教的学习不单单是英语能力的提高，更是在学校这个小社交环境里得到情商的锻炼，真正地爱上英语，用英语的思维去思考去探索。

3、我们的规模：我们机构成立于2016年7月份，目前已有在校学员200多名，在当地属于行业的标杆，口碑也得到家长的认同。

4、交通情况：我们所处的镇属于东莞的前五名强镇，作为深圳的后花园，居住环境非常。我们机构处于镇的行政中心区，旁边是镇的政府办事机构，3公里内都是高档住宅区，周边有成熟的配套，相关配套都是步行可以到达的。

5、旅游资源：我们所在地有国家5A旅游景区，有亚洲最大的高尔夫球场观澜高尔夫球场。

招聘条件:

1、native or not with standard oral English, regular college education and more than one year teaching experience

2、white female under 30 years old with humor, responsibility and patience.

3、While teaching, simple dancing and singing are needed.

工作内容:

1、One year contract at leas；

2、5days work and 2 days off every week, 3pm-9pm, Wednesday-Friday; 9am-6:30pm, Saturday-Sunday, During working time , work according to center arrangement. If OT, it is payed；

3、M+baby of Shanghai books, similar to America public kindergarten and primary school level, including Cooking, Interesting Science, Art and Drama；

4、Small classes with no more than 12 students from 3-12 years old；

薪资待遇:

1、10k-12k, each 18th of last month salary；

2、6k plane subsidies and 3k travelling bonus after one year contract；

3、14 days vacation for summer holiday ,12 days for winter holiday, and other government holidays；

4、One Chinese teacher assistant provided；

5、Accommodation provided in high level garden；

外教中介佣金和发放方式:

每个外教的悬赏赏金为母语外教8000元整，非母语外教6000元整，外教到岗30日内支付

注意:

外教三个月内离岗，需要免费换一名。
