巴基斯坦博士:以国际视野、跨界经验为学校注入新活力
巴启明博士(Gulfraz Muhammad Bilal)来自巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡,现任职于北京金融科技学院(北京外教招聘),担任副教授。他在学术与实践方面均积累了丰富的经验的经验,曾在银行业和制药行业工作,并先后在萨戈达大学、奎德·阿扎姆大学以及穆里科萨尔大学任教,同时担任孵化中心副主任。他还积极参与穆里发展论坛的相关工作,推动以社区为导向的发展项目,进一步丰富了自己的职业背景。除了学术成就之外,巴启明博士还在巴基斯坦穆里创办了旅游项目,展现了其创业精神。通过该项目,他不仅致力于推动可持续旅游和社区合作,还向外界展示了家乡的自然之美,并为当地居民创造了就业机会。这段经历不仅锻炼了他的领导力与管理能力,也让他更加深刻地认识到商业创新、文化传承与社区发展之间的紧密联系。
融入BUFT
Reflecting on his time at BUFT, Dr. Bilal vividly recalls his early days: “As a foreign teacher from Islamabad, Pakistan, I felt both excitement and anxiety. Adapting to a new language, culture, and academic environment was not easy. But thanks to the warm help of leaders, colleagues, and students, I quickly overcame these difficulties and integrated into this welcoming community. This experience reinforced my belief that an inclusive academic environment plays an irreplaceable role in promoting innovation and cross-cultural exchange.”
回忆起初到北京金融科技学院的日子,巴启明博士依旧印象深刻:“作为一名来自巴基斯坦的外籍教师,我既充满期待,也带着些许不安。语言、文化以及学术环境的适应并不容易。但在领导、同事和学生们的帮助以及关怀的热情下,我很快克服了这些困难,顺利融入了这个温暖的集体。这段经历也让我深刻认识到,包容性的学术环境对于促进创新与跨文化融合具有不可替代的作用。”
学术成果显著
Dr. Bilal has been deeply engaged in research in marketing and consumer behavior. From 2016 to 2020, he pursued his Ph.D. in Business Management at the University of International Business and Economics, with a focus on marketing and consumer behavior. With a solid research foundation, he has expertise in marketing, supply chain management, and consumer behavior. In 2025, Dr. Bilal won second prize in the Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Awards for his case project 'AI-Enabled Oral English Teaching,' while the university also received an award for educational excellence.
在学术研究方面,巴启明博士长期专注于市场营销与消费者行为领域的探索。2016年至2020年,他在对外经济贸易大学攻读工商管理博士学位,研究重点为市场营销与消费者行为。凭借坚实的研究基础,他在市场营销、供应链管理及消费者行为等方面具备显著优势。2025年,巴启明博士主持的《using Al in oral communication class》项目荣获2025年AI赋能外语教学案例大赛二等奖、校级一等奖。
专注科研项目
In his teaching and research, Dr. Bilal has focused on the integration of AI technology with education, especially in the field of language teaching. He firmly believes that AI is not a substitute for teachers, but a powerful tool to enhance educational outcomes. The “AI-Enabled Teaching Courseware Competition” provided him with an ideal platform to put his ideas into practice. He led the project 'AI-Enabled Oral English Teaching,' which combined speech analysis, immersive virtual scenarios, and personalized learning paths to solve long-standing challenges in English language acquisition. “Winning the award was indeed an honor,” he said, “but the greater value lay in the collective process, where the guidance of leaders, collaboration with colleagues, and feedback from students all played a vital role. Impactful research and innovation thrive in communities where expertise, experimentation, and human care intersect.”
在教学与科研工作中,巴启明博士将目光聚焦于人工智能与教育的深度融合,尤其在语言教学领域不断探索。他始终认为,人工智能并非教学的替代品,而是提升教育效果的有力工具。“人工智能赋能教学课件大赛”的举办,为他提供了将这一理念付诸实践的绝佳平台。他主持的《using Al in oral communication class》项目,创新性地结合了语音分析、沉浸式虚拟场景与个性化学习路径,精准瞄准长期以来困扰学生的英语口语难题,为英语语言教学带来了新的思路与方法。当项目斩获奖项时,巴启明博士并未将荣誉归于己身,而是强调了团队协作的重要性。“能够获奖固然是一种荣誉,但更宝贵的是整个协作过程。”
展望未来
Looking forward, Dr. Bilal expressed his determination to continue exploring the integration of AI and cross-cultural education, aiming to balance technological efficiency with human warmth. He believes that technology is a powerful driving force for educational progress, but at the heart of education are human connections. “AI can provide data analysis, simulate learning environments, and design personalized learning plans,” he explained, “but it cannot inspire students, empathize with them, or cultivate their intrinsic motivation for excellence. True educational progress comes when we use technology to amplify the human connection, creating classrooms that are both efficient and inspiring.”
展望未来,巴启明博士也表达了他将继续探索人工智能与跨文化教育融合的坚定信念,力求在科技效率与人文温度之间实现平衡。他坚信,技术是推动教育发展的强大动力,但教育的核心始终是“人”。“人工智能能够凭借其强大的功能,为教学提供数据分析支持、模拟真实学习环境、制定个性化学习方案。然而,它却无法像教师一样给予学生精神上的激励、情感上的共鸣,也无法培养学生追求卓越的内在动力。在他看来,真正的教育进步,在于合理利用技术放大师生之间、学生之间的情感连接与思想交流,打造出既高效又富有启发性的课堂,让学生在获取知识的同时,实现全面成长。”
At the “Teachers' Day Commendation Ceremony” held on September 10 at Beijing University of Financial Technology, Professor Bilal, as one of the faculty representatives, delivered a speech in which he outlined his educational philosophy. This not only reflected his personal reflections on education but also embodied BUFT’s longstanding educational vision—“May we Continue to guide students toward a brighter educational future with wisdom, care, and foresight."
9月10日,在北京金融科技学院教师节表彰大会上,巴启明老师作为教师代表发表感言,阐述了教育理念。这不仅展现了个人的教育思考,更深刻体现了北金科一贯秉持的教育愿景:“愿我们继续以智慧、关怀与远见,引领学生走向更加光明的教育未来。”
