工作经历
My first formal experience of working in a school was during internship as a student teacher, seven years ago. This was a most rewarding experience for me; I quickly learnt valuable skills and the ability to be patient, self-assured and understanding when dealing with young people in a learning environment. I have been working as an ESL teacher here in China for about 6 years now. (Tianshuo Educational Services Inc. From 2007 to present ) Teaching different levels, from Kindergarten to High School Students. The first two months of working here was terrible for me. I had zero knowledge of the Chinese cultures and traditions. It gave me a hard time especially the language gap. But after these two months of struggling from language to Chinese food, from people to places I eventually love the job and love the people especially my students that is why I am still here. I use my given talent in my classes. I take my ukulele with me to teach some songs to my kindergarten students. In this way they are motivated to sing and dance with me while learning and having fun at the same time. I am not the best in drawing and painting but I managed to use these skills to my advantage. I make my own visual aids in a fun way to catch the attention of the students. Teaching is a career that I didn't want at my younger years but it turned out to be the career that i want to do for a longer time as long as I am able to do so. I have gainedconsiderable experience in teaching Chinese students.
