I have taught children aged 6 – 18 English in China for the past 10 months in Chenzhou, Hunan, China. When I arrived in, the school was in desperate need of solid leadership and direction. Within several months, I was promoted to Manager. Since my arrival:

§  Teaching standards and quality have risen and the school has expanded. 

§  We have established a standardized student assessment system, a teacher evaluation system and standardized lesson plans.

§  Additionally, I have recruited and trained teachers, evaluated new course material, and established a new curriculum.

o   ACL English –Beijing, China; English Teacher;  Taught children ages 6-12; class size 12 -30; created lesson plans; evaluated course material; planned curriculum in a group environment. June – September 2008
