2014: FRONT DESK FOR NEILL WYCIK HOTEL, DOWNTOWN TORONTO- Responsible for being the professional face of the hotel and managing the 250 rooms.

2013-14: SUPERVISOR OF GUEST SERVICES AT FERNIE ALPINE RESORT- Running the day to day workings of the office and a team of 9 staff.

2013: MANAGER/SENIOR STUDENT MENTOR, KINGDOM EDUCATION – In charge of up to 70 students, was promoted to take responsibility for the mentor team after two weeks. Also ran English tutorials, and taught English during daily activities. 

2011-13: THE DURHAM OX, CRAYKE – Seasonal Position, during all university holidays. 

As below - more responsibilities and put in charge of others.  Learnt to work in high pressure situations (New Year’s Eve), whilst remaining calm.

2010: CONSTRUCTION WORKER, H W COWLING, EASINGWOLD –Seasonal Position. 

2010: ACTIVITY CAMP ASSISTANT, AMPLEFORTH – seasonal position. 

2007-10: LIVEWIRE THEATRE COMPANY MEMBER 

An active member of a theatre group encompassing members from age 10 to 30, performing at venues such as the Edinburgh Fringe and in London amongst others.

2009: SPECIAL EVENTS PARKING, NATIONWIDE –Seasonal Position.  

Traffic control at shows and festivals around the country.  I took responsibility for my own travel, pitching my tent and living on site.

2007: THE DURHAM OX, CRAYKE – Seasonal Position. 

Serving at table.  I developed skills in customer satisfaction, product awareness and personal presentation. Followed by further holiday placements - see above.
