Headquartered in Shanghai, SMIC operates three 8-inch wafer fabrication facilities in its Shanghai fab, an 8-inch wafer fab in Tianjin and a 12-inch wafer fab in its Beijing fab, the first of its kind in mainland China.

 Managed team to implemented Simple Network Manage Protocol (SNMP) menu-driven web browser on 120 Microsoft Windows Servers to monitor all networked device (CPU usage, Disk Space, Memory, Network Traffic), plan future capacity & prevent system down-time.

 Strategically sourcing Supply Chain Management (SCM) to strike a balance between lowest material cost and transportation, implementing Just In Time (JIT) techniques to optimize manufacturing flow; maintaining right mix and location of factories and warehouses to serve customer markets, using allocation, vehicle routing analysis and dynamic programming.

 Using Java, Eclipse, developing SAP business application for internal manufacturing recovery tracking systems.

 Interfaced with global clientele on-site company visits, gathering integrated circuit design requirements, provide technical solutions.
