Key to this role is the implementation of maintaining a high performing team, ensuring that data is captured accurately, improved processes to workflow and overall collaboration and support to all key business areas.
- Coordinating the flow of work coming into the team, effective delegation of work among team members and ensuring all work is completed efficiently to the highest standard. This includes daily reviews of staff performance, meeting tight SLA's and ensuring business KPI's are achieved.
