Duties/
First activities: carrying out industrial wastes inspection to assess the quantity of wastes produced by such sector to determine the quantity of waste boxes matching with this quantity according to a plan made by the French administration of the company in collaboration with the Municipality of Alexandria based on the BOT agreement made between the two sides.
Second activity: according to my previous track record in office management and administration skills the G Manager decided to promote me to HR department, where Global HR Manager assigned me to send him a monthly report concerning the manpower movement in Alexandria for 5000 employers, as well as being involved in payroll system in addition to social insurance of the manpower, not only that but also I was dealing with the labor office to solve the manpower problems peacefully without resorting to judiciary as per the provisions of the Egyptian Labor Law in force 137/1981 and then 12/2003.
The reason of leaving/ the arbitrary termination from the Egyptian HR manger for personal reasons not belong to a defect or negligence neither in my job description nor in my duties according to the court decision which was in my side not on the side of the company.
