Duties

·         Assisting in planning for stakeholders sensitization for the proposed Refugees Bill 2016

·         Assisting in preparations for monitoring missions for operational partners

·         Assisting with planning for Court Users Committee trainings on protection of Refugee and asylum seekers

·         Contributing towards the draft of the National Policy on Refugees and asylum seekers

·         Carrying out verification exercise on refugees

·         Disseminate relevant information during forums and meetings

·         .Participant’s mobilization for community forums

·         Facilitation of hotel conferencing

·         Report writing for all attended forums

·         Developing project expenditure tools

·         Chairing weekly internal departmental meeting

·         Designing the advocacy and policy development program’s weekly activities tracking tool for projects and meetings

·         Article writing for internal publications

·         Security interviews for refugees

·         Managing clients files

·         Interviewing clients

·         Contacting the police for a preliminary brief
