 Responsible for maintaining good order and discipline amongst pupils, and for teaching them according to their educational needs and academic ability. Also in charge of monitoring pupils with regard to their attendance, appearance &, punctuality.

 Roles

·         Lesson Planning: This serve as a guide and map for organizing myself, and  materials for the purpose of helping students achieve their intended learning outcome  

·         Act as prompter by encouraging students, pushing them to achieve more, feeding in a bit of information to help them proceed

·         Act as feedback providers by helping students to evaluate their performance

·         Act as assessors by telling students how well they have done or giving them grades, etc.

·         Function as a resource for language / subject information and a tutor responding to what the student is doing and the advises them on what to do next

·         Working with other teaching staff to set goals, objectives and methods.

·         Participating in school extracurricular clubs and societies.
