EXPERIENCE

United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) 2015 – Present 

in this role I am currently Managing Fundraising Campaigns to enable and assisting in vital aid resources globally to crisis mainly in the middle east and Africa..  leading a team of 10 live campaigners to reach strict R.O.I. And R.R. Deadlines for ground teams in the field to assist and save the lives of displaced and refugees worldwide. 

METEN, ESL Teacher - 2014 - 2015

For this role I had to employ a variety of different instructional techniques and strategies to students either as individuals or in groups to meet their different interests and aptitudes. I have to address all aspects of communication  ago develop each students ability in speaking, listening, reading and writing. 

New Dynamic Institute, ESL Teacher - 2012 - 2014

Throughout this role teaching all the language skills that enable students to effectively communicate in English, including grammar, pronunciation and accent reduction. I also introduced cultural aspects to ESL students as many worked with foreign colleagues. 

Brisbane Car Care / STACE Recruitment - 2011 – 2012

Within this role I was the previous owner and founder of STACE recruitment and worked in liason with a personal friend who is C.E.O.  Of Brisbane Car Care. I undertook strick interviews and recruiting processes to reveal and recruit true potential in the professional Car detailing and automotive industry. And did administrative daily chores and organised wage subsidairies for the contract of recruited staff that successfully qualified.  And did payroll for certain staff in particular sections. 

Top International English China ESL Teacher - 2009 - 2011

During my time in this position I developed a curriculum that took an overall approach to English as well as specific aspects of language use according to different students needs, such as life skills, literacy or vocational or workplace English. And students mainly were aged from 4 to 12
