Partner in a business doing property inspections and merchant site inspections for foreclosures properties. The business was responsible for maintaining lawns, board ups, winterizations and de-winterizations and inspections reports. The business could not support two households so I left to pursue the potential career in OTR truck driving. Business is still operating with the other partner.

Daily responsibilities included personal contact and helping contractors put their orders together. This included material list and material take off from blueprints. Also was responsible for daily phone calls to accounts to meet any immediate sales needs. Worked in the Expo Division of the Home Depot, as a flooring specifier for all hard and soft surface installations. Worked with both the home owner and the assigned installer for the duration of the home improvement process.
