combined an optimal travel route for them;

-   Provided all level support from choosing an airline till boarding process,

was responsible for solving any kind of problems;

February 2015-April 2016 – part-time SMM manager at Ministry of Agriculture

of Ukraine

-   Created and was developing an official Facebook page of Minister;

-   Answered different type questions regarding activity of the Ministry;

-   Monitored all main media for relevant publications and created

statistics for № of views, comments and publication trends;

-   Made different researches according media activity;

-   From 0 to 12500 followers on Facebook page, 90% of solved issues,

numerous statistics and positive feedback from Minister himself.

August 2011 - Was part-time assistant of a customer manager at E-Com (Kyiv,

Ukraine)

-   Discussed with long-term clients their tariff plans and suggested

appropriate changes;

-   Contacted debtors (more than 200) and asked them to close our

accounts receivables, provided different solutions;

-   Made more than 80 client contacts, 20 of them changed their tariff

plans, 40% of debtors made payouts.
