Traffic Monitoring Operator   February 2007 - June 2012  

Monitored traffic conditions and used computer software to dispatch appropriate response to various traffic situations. Notified motorists through computerized road signs of lane closures, hazards, and delays. Updated 511 system to alert motorists of congestion and crashes on central Florida highways. Interacted with a variety of state agencies in responding to emergencies situations on highways.
