I identified the students whose levels were different than the others, allocated them into right
groups. Convinced the school owner to organize the groups and open a new class. Advised to change
the outdated course book with a sufficent one to meet the students’ needs and teach English
effectively. Persuaded him to improve the teaching method to foster speaking skills of students.
Initiated using ESA (Engage-Study-Activate) Method and Communicative Language Teaching at the
school. My leadership, management and knowhow yielded a 100% increase in the school income. I
had achieved all of these only in four days, months before i got my TEFL Certificates.
