韦博国际英语大连中心成立于2005年，目前在大连有4家学校，均坐落于最繁华的商务区，是大连最顶尖的成人英语培训学校。

Geography :Dalian is a coastal city and holiday resort, which is located on the east coast of the Eurasian continent, the south of the Liaodong Peninsula in northeastChina, adjacent to the Bohai River in the northwest , southeast of the Huang  River, including 260 islands.

地理位置:大连，位于欧亚大陆东岸，中国东北辽东半岛最南端，西北濒临渤海，东南面向黄海，有包括大小岛屿260个，属于海滨城市,度假胜地。

Weather Condition:Dalian is the warmest place in Northeast China with four distinct seasons, not too cold in the winter or not too hot in the summer. The highest temperature in summer is around 30 degree. The air is clean with blue and clear sky.

天气情况:大连市位于北半球的暖温带地区，具有海洋性特点的暖温带大陆性季风气候，是东北地区最温暖的地方，冬无严寒，夏无酷暑，四季分明。夏天最高气温30度左右，空气质量PM2.5优。

韦博国际英语大连中心本次招聘外教10名，预到岗时间：越快越好。7月、8月有两家新中心要开业。信息更新时间2015年6月1日

招聘条件：

1、外教国籍：美国 英国 加拿大 澳大利亚 新西兰 爱尔兰

2、年龄及性别：25-55岁 男女不限

3、合同期限： 一年合同，包含3个月试用期

4、学历要求：本科以上

5、招聘数量：10人

6、签证类型：工作签证 ，家属签证

7、证书：TEFL/TESOL

8、其他：外国专家证

工作内容：

6、工作安排：40小时/周 （含25小时授课时间，15小时办公室时间）

7、教授课程：小班课（学校指定教材），沙龙课（学校指定教材），英语角（外教自选话题）

8、学生年龄：16岁以上

9、班级人数：4人（小班），10人（沙龙），20人以上（英语角）

薪资待遇：

1、月薪：试用期6500元/月，转正8000元/月。工资将于每月5号前发放，各类津贴每月 15 号前发放。

2、签证办理：第一年签证费用外教承担，第二年开始签证费用公司承担

3、节假日：国定假日正常放假

4带薪假日：带薪年假5天、 带薪病假3天（可以折现，267元/天）

5、每周休息时间：每周休息两天

6、机票：每6个月3000元，全年6000元。

7、住宿：住房补贴2000

8、交通补助：500元/月

9、满勤奖金：500元/月

10、合同履约奖金：8000元

11、保险费用：无

12、受聘方如有家属随行，一切费用由受聘方自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：7000元/位

每个外教的悬赏赏金为7000元整。外教到岗满一个月付清。
