佛山市顺德德胜幼儿园外教招聘专场

本期招聘外教7名，2020年8月26日前到岗。

单位简介：

佛山顺德区德胜幼儿园（原嘉信幼）是孩子的乐园。全体教职工秉持“让孩子玩出多彩的童年”教育理念，孩子们在乐园里玩出好习惯、玩出健康、玩出情感、玩出兴趣、玩出自信、玩出创意……真正体验多彩童年。德胜幼是广东省一级幼儿园、省绿色学校、省食品安全示范学校食堂。

招聘条件：

Nationality: Native and non-native are both acceptable

Education Background: Bachelor degree

Gender: No gender limitation

Experience: 2 years or above kindergarten classroom teacher experience or English teaching experience

Contract term: 11 months contract

Age: Under the age of 40

工作内容：

1.Teaching English to kids aged 3-6years old;

2.Classroom teacher;

3. Working Time: Monday to Friday from 7:45am to11:45am and from 3:00pm to 5:45pm;

4.Saturday and Sunday are off work time；

5.Class size: 25-40;

薪资待遇：

1.Monthly salary: 18,000-28,000RMB/M before tax, depending on qualification and experience;

2.Housing allowance: 1,600 RMB;

3.Airfare allowance: 8,000RMB a year after fulfillment of the one-year contract;

4.Performance Bonus 6,000-10,000 RMB on the last day of the Academic Year.

5.Free breakfast and lunch in the Kindergarten’s canteen on work days;

6.Free health service in the Kindergarten clinic. 

7.Holidays: Chinese public holidays; Winter Holiday;

8.Insurance;

9.Contract Renewal Bonus: 5,000RMB

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

每个外教的悬赏赏金为 母语外教12000 元整，非母语外教8000元整，外教到岗 10日内支付 50% 给外教中介机构，外教到岗满 30 日付清余款。

注意：

外教三个月之内因自身原因或者外教中介方原因离职，需要免费更换一名。
