本期招聘外教30名，2021年3月前到岗

单位简介：

Eduhope International Management Limited is based on London, which was established in July 2012 with the original team consisting of three professors, three doctors and one postgraduate. In the past seven years, the team has expanded. In 2016 Eduhope has set up its branch in Shenzhen, China and registered the right of trademark of “Eduhope Education”. Eduhope has kept carrying out the active practice of education internationalizing, broadening the vision of English education in China. We undertake a series of exchange programs among primary and middle schools in China and UK. The core businesses are composed of input and management of international courses, summer and winter camps in UK, China-UK sister schools, international exchange students, and consultation of school management. The research team of Eduhope has gained knowledge from the advanced education concept in UK education systems and native English teaching methods, and developed B&A Phonics Curriculum according to the diversity of Chinese students. This set can be adopted to all the international courses in China, aiming to help Chinese pupils to have a delightful journey of learning English. It also has won plenty of praise from the industry.

招聘条件：

外教国籍：

宝安校区：学科类外教可以聘请非母语，英语外教首选英语为母语的国籍，可接受非母语国籍，前提必须是在英语为母语的国家（如英美加澳大利亚等国）获得的硕士学历， 且专业为英语语言或教育类

盐田校区：母语国家外教

外教学历：本科学历及以上 

合同期：一年 

外教资历：符合深圳市外专局外国专业人才(B 类)

工作内容：

工作时间：

宝安校区：每周安排大约 16-18 节课，每节课 40-45 分钟，周六、日休息

盐田校区：18-20节课每周，加坐班时间是40个工作时长每周

教授课程：

宝安校区：英语口语、数学、科学等学科

盐田校区：教授英语

学生年龄：7-17 岁 

班级人数：宝安校区：小学初中约 40 人，国际班约16人 

坐班情况：坐班，每周工作时间不超过40小时

薪资待遇：

薪资和发放方式：

宝安校区：薪资，税前18-20K（含3千房补），每月10日发上一月工资

盐田校区：22税前，加3k房补

住宿：住房补贴 

假期休假：寒假或暑假，带薪 

机票报销：6000 元 

签证办理：提供工作签证 

医疗和意外保险：提供社会保险 

旅游和交通：无 

助教：无 

受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

“每个外教的悬赏赏金为母语10000元整，非母语8000元整，外教入校15个工作日内支付50%给外教中介机构，余款在外教入校满30个工作日内付清。”

注意：

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
